13 stops,

6 weeks,

lots of caffeine.

In the summer of 2024, Suri went on a multi-city book tour for But I Don’t Feel Empowered.

It began with a book launch at Barnes & Noble, NYC.

DIY ikebana & so much joy.

Suri signed books at the iconic Strand bookstore.

She put on her sequins to take the stage at West Hollywood Pride.

Here she is reading to a crowd at…

…the Women’s Freedom Festival (WeHo Pride).

The book sold out in 2 hours

at Barnes & Noble, Americana.

Many stacks of books were snatched by casual browsers.

Suri inspired teens & young adults at the South Bay Youth Center.

There were tears.

Here she is at Barnes & Noble, Burbank.

This was where her LA book launch was held.

It was a beautiful day.

The Boston Globe wrote about her Papercuts event.

Here’s the article.

A panel about Asian heritage at LA’s oldest indie bookstore.

With Asian American author & tarot extraordinaire, Elizabeth Su.

Speaking at…

…the San Diego LGBT Center

The cultural celebration continued in NYC.

Suri did a signing at Yu and Me, a well-loved bookstore that honors Asian and immigrant stories.

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

And just like that, the tour ended.

Here’s Suri signing at one of the last stops - Barnes & Noble, 5th Avenue.

Thanks for coming along.
